Lisa Fierstein Assumes Role of Chief Financial Officer and John Holding Assumes Role of Senior Vice President of Operations

NEW YORK, NY, September 1, 2011 – In a testament to the strength of the corporate team, the growth of the organization, and a continued desire to bring clients the Gold Standard in service, Plus One announces a key change to the organizational structure and the addition of a valuable team member.

Lisa Fierstein recently joined Plus One as the Chief Financial Officer.  Lisa comes to Plus One with 20 years of experience in the Finance arena, most recently from the New Meadowlands Stadium Company.  During her tenure there, Lisa was a critical member of the start-up organization, developing the operating finance structure.  Prior to her career at the New Meadowlands Stadium Company, Lisa was a member of Zagat Survey, where she was responsible for operational and financial management, including the planning and analysis of their business.  She has held various financial management positions within the advertising, media, entertainment, and telecommunications industries.  Lisa is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Rutgers University School of Business. 

Additionally, Plus One is pleased to announce the promotion of John Holding to Senior Vice President of Operations.  In this role, John will assume management responsibility for the regional account management team and, through this team, all of Plus One’s site and program operations. 

John joined Plus One with the acquisition of TimeOut Services in January 2009 and became a Regional Vice President of one of Plus One’s most rapidly growing regions. Prior to joining the corporate fitness and wellness industry, John had a successful career that included assignments as a CEO, CFO and management consultant in a variety of industries. John holds an undergraduate degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Chicago. John will remain based out of Northern California, giving Plus One a stronger executive presence on the west coast.
