Introduction
Plus One was hired to
design and develop the spa and fitness center for a prestigious New York City
hotel and residential tower. Through creative and unique design concepts,
Plus One delivered a stunning facility consistent with the upscale quality of
the property’s brand. The spa and fitness center design features elegant maple finishes with brass
accents, two soothing treatment rooms, a private lap pool, spacious showers,
sauna and steam rooms, permanent locker privileges, and a private elevator
entrance for residents. Additionally, guests may relax in a luxurious
lounge that provides water, lavender cold towels, fruit, bathrobes, and
slippers. The fitness center offerings include state-of-the-art cardiovascular
machines, free weights, weight training circuit equipment and personal trainers
qualified for a range of specialized health and fitness instruction

Introduction
Plus One worked
hand-in-hand with hotel ownership to design and develop this spa and fitness
center in downtown Miami. The 15,000 square foot spa features ten treatment
rooms, including one duet suite, manicure and pedicure suites, and an
additional suite with our unique hydrotherapy capsule. Guests may enjoy
lavish and relaxing men’s and women’s lounges, as well as spacious locker rooms
featuring steam rooms and saunas. Plus One’s assistance in the
programming of the space included detailing specific design features to ensure
operational effectiveness.

Introduction
The hotel ownership of this
leading beachfront property in Santa Monica selected Plus One to renovate their
spa and fitness center. Our Design and
Development team created a new vision and aesthetic for the facility in
conjunction with the hotel management team. The hands-on renovation by
Plus One featured eco-friendly materials and design for different facility
components including flooring, wall coverings, furnishings, and
equipment. The 6,700 square foot spa and fitness
center overlooks the Pacific and is open to both community and hotel
guests. Besides the extensive renovations, Plus One elevated the overall
experience with customized and proprietary systems for hospitality, spa, and exercise program
delivery. Our offerings provide a complete wellness
transformation including customized spa experiences, personalized fitness programs, strength and conditioning classes,
nutritional coaching, and educational seminars
