Andrew is a Wellness Manager and has been an employee of Optum On-Site since 2007, offering 14 years of experience in the health and wellness arena. He began his career as an Exercise Specialist, working his way into a management role in the same year. He has helped manage wellness programs for multiple clients in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Indiana. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Rhode Island, and an MBA in Health Care Management from the Indiana Institute of Technology. He also holds multiple certifications including ACSM-CPT, NESTA (National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association), and is a Lifestyle weight management coach, fitness nutrition coach, sports injury specialist, and biomechanical specialist. Andrew has helped clients attain bronze, silver, and gold wellness award recognition through the American Heart Association. His clients have also been recognized by BCBS, receiving awards in the exemplary and superior categories.


Andrew’s time with Optum On-Site has been a great experience. Leadership from the corporate level to the regional level has been amazingly supportive in his growth as a wellness professional. The corporate culture set forth by leadership actually makes employees feel they’re a true part of the On-Site Services team.
